01Where we started

It began with one home.

In 2021 we started Blue Puffin Stays with a single holiday let. Today we look after more than 30 homes across the Cotswolds, Hampshire and the south coast, and we're still the people who answer the phone.

We buy the company in one go: no estate agents, no viewings, no selling house by house. Your tenants stay exactly where they are.

Within two weeks you get our view in writing, with a price and how we'd pay it. Nothing hidden in the small print.

A smooth handover

Solicitors on both sides, an agreed completion date, and a handover planned around you and your team.

Kate co-founded Blue Puffin Stays and looks after the people side: owners, guests and the team. She's who you'll speak to first.

Andrew Telling

Co-founder · finance and systems

Andrew looks after the numbers and the systems that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We didn't set out to build a company. We set out to look after one home properly, and then the next one.

Now we'd like to do the same for businesses and property that someone has spent years building.

We live just outside Cirencester. We're not a fund, an agent or a faceless investor, and we have no plan to sell on what we buy.
